Fort Walton Beach, FL May 1, 2009 – There will be a new look at 111 Beal Parkway SE as Coastal Realty Services is dropping their affiliation with Century 21.  The company’s broker Bob Hudgens said “Century 21 has served us well for the last 33 years.  With the changes in the market and the technology available, we felt like it was time to move to the next level.”

The foundations of the company will not be changing as Coastal Realty Services celebrates it’s 35^th year serving the Emerald Coast with full service real estate.  “This affiliation allows us to be more responsive to customer’s needs,” said Coastal Realty Services broker Denise Hudgens Bavarian.

The company originated in 1974 at 119 Beal Parkway and provides full service property management and sales brokerage.  Coastal Realty Services is one of the oldest continuous real estate businesses in the area.
